How do I make payment?
We accept cash on the day up to the value of £250. For values over £250, we accept bank transfer, Paypal or cheque – (Must be cleared before the date of your event).
Can I pick up the hire equipment?
No, this is only available for partners and well-known customers.
Do you dry hire equipment?
No, all equipment is supplied as complete systems. Dry hire is only available for partners and well-known customers.
Do we have Public Liability Insurance and is the equipment PAT tested?
We carry public liability insurance up to £1 Million and we PAT test our equipment. This means that we meet the strict requirements of many venues.
What hours are we available for delivery and collection?
This is dependent on your event. Collection for events finishing after 2am may be collected in the morning if the venue is secure.
How much does it cost for delivery, set-up and collection?
Delivery, set-up, and collection is included as standard. A fixed fee is charged for the of London postcodes and the Greater London M25 area. See Where Do We Operate for charges.
Are discounts available?
Discounts are available for charity and fundraising events. This is subject to evaluation and payment in advance.
