What would you say is unique about our services or the way we do business? – You were very friendly and took personal charge of delivering the service, making it clear that you were going to be there in person, this gave me great confidence and made me feel that you valued me and my business and that you understood the importance of the event to us.

In what way did we add value to the service for which we were engaged? – By taking personal charge and making sure that everything was fine, leaving me with nothing to worry about. Being the best man at a wedding is a joyful but also a rather stressful time with so many things going on. It was nice to know that we had an excellent PA system and a dedicated sound engineer and so that was one less thing to worry about. You event agreed to stay on beyond the time that we initially agreed just to see things through since the event went on a bit longer than we expected. This was greatly appreciated.

In what ways did we make it easy for you to do business with us? – You were approachable communicated by phone and email and responded quickly and comprehensively to queries, leaving nothing in doubt. Very importantly you had a very clear pricing structure which made absolutely clear the full charge for the event and the optional extras.

Adrian was there in ample time and carried on doing what he had to do discreetly, not making a big fuss. Used his services for a 50th birthday party in 2010.
